📅 Sunday January 26th
⏰ 10am-12pm
📍 Yoga in the Lanes
Struggling to find balance in a world that feels overwhelming? 🌪️
This half-day retreat is designed to help you tap into tools that alleviate ADHD symptoms, regulate your nervous system and unlock a deeper connection to your authentic self.
Through a combination of conscious connected breathwork, hot and cold protocols and reflective journaling, you’ll leave feeling recharged, grounded and equipped with practices to bring calm and focus into your daily life.
What’s Included?
🔥 Sauna Protocols:
Relax and activate your parasympathetic nervous system (your rest-and-digest mode) in the warmth of a sauna. Learn how to use heat therapy to relieve stress, improve focus and cultivate a sense of calm.
❄️ Ice Baths:
Step into the transformative power of cold therapy. Ice baths help to reset your nervous system, increase resilience to stress and boost mental clarity, all while cultivating mindfulness and present moment awareness.
🌬️ Conscious Connected Breathwork Workshop:
Dive deep into a guided breathwork session designed specifically for those with ADHD. This powerful practice helps to:
- Calm racing thoughts
- Regulate emotions
- Improve focus and mental clarity
- Shut down the overactive prefrontal cortex, creating forced mindfulness and allowing you to fully relax into the present moment.
📝 Journaling & Reflection:
After the breathwork session, you’ll have dedicated time to reflect on your experience. Journaling helps integrate the insights and emotions that arise, giving you clarity and direction moving forward.
Why Attend?
This retreat is more than just a reset—it’s a chance to build tools to manage ADHD symptoms in a supportive, empowering environment. By combining breathwork, hot and cold therapy and self-reflection, you’ll experience:
- Nervous system regulation
- Enhanced emotional resilience
- A greater sense of calm and focus
- Connection with your authentic self
Testimonials:
I’ve done Wim Hof breathing and Pranayama before but this felt way more powerful. I lost all track of time and my mind went from a tsunami of thousand thoughts, to a glacial lake of calm. It left my body feeling energised, my brain clear-thinking and an overall feeling of calm. ADHD laughs in the face of regular meditation. This is different. Try it; it really will help you close down some tabs.”
Lorelei Mathias, Author, Comedian & Creator of award-winning web series ‘Life in ADHD’
"Breathe with ADHD’ on Saturday, and it left my ADHD brain, how do you say… quiet? It was such a weird but necessary sensation! Steve is the breath guy for people like me—none of the over-the-top woo-woo, just practical, calming techniques that actually work. Highly recommend it for anyone who needs to quiet the chaos, even if just for a little while and learn a natural coping mechanism for their busy adhd mind 🥰"
Charlotte Fry - ADHD Coach

“I had a really profound experience with Steve at Breathe with ADHD. The breath work session was skilfully led from start to finish it felt safe, immersive and engaging. I’ve attended a few group breath work sessions and this was my deepest and most enjoyable experience to date”.

"As this was my first contact with Breathwork I arrived with an open mind to how this would help with my ADHD. The session was expertly led by Steve for beginning to end. I found myself connected to an inner calm and my mind became a lot clearer and more spacious. I found that in the days after the session I was able to easily reconnect to this and found myself feeling a lot less anxious than I might usually find myself. Will definitely return. Thanks Steve"

“Steve Whiteley’s Breathe with adhd course was a super experience I would thoroughly recommend all to try. I don’t have adhd but meditate daily and the experience gave me a whole new perspective of the power of breathing under Steve's guidance. I will definitely be taking this up and going to his future courses.”
Craig F - Entrepreneur
“Steve didn’t so much open my third eye as completely blast the eyelid off with a breathwork laser beam. I had a profoundly exhilarating experience in my very first session, made serious progress in recovering from a 6 month bout of depression and gained in my capacity to commit to my work and love in my marriage. Steve was a magnificent guide before, during and after this experience. What could have been overwhelming, was instead focused, insightful and very productive".
I highly recommend this workshop, and cannot WAIT to do more.”

“Wow!!! I had no idea what to expect and had no expectations before having a breathwork session with Steve. He created a space where I felt so comfortable to maximize my experience. He guided me through every step and the experience was incredible. It is now 2 days later and I still have the most amazing feeling of inner calm. Thank you ”
