Sunday group meditations are back at the Ivy House! Gather in a nourishing, like minded community to help support your inner journey and feed your soul.
Every Sunday starting this Sunday, Dec 3rd, 5pm to 6pm.
This meditation gathering is free and hosted by Corrine, Meenu and Mahaila who are all long time meditation teachers who love sharing meditation with others.
Whether you are a seasoned meditator or a beginner, you are most welcome to join us. Depending on the needs of the group each week, the meditation will be at least partially in silence with some guided meditation aspects. Join us to help support or revitalize your meditation practice. You can also join us if you have never meditated and you are curious. Please check the calendar before coming as sometimes we have special events that cause us to cancel.
Also every few months we will include a meal that is served up after the meditation and many times live music spontaneously follows!
