Event Outline:A day to sooth the soul and take a big exhale, reset within a day of gentleness with self, where you can enter a sacred space of stillness, a circle of insight and awareness, and a day of exploring and awakening through soul soothing practices - sacred ceremony, meditation & breathing practices, soft movement, energy healing, intuitive guidance & insight, releasing and resetting and a calming sound bath session... a space where you are invited to just come and BE **
This is a day with a strong emphasis on stress release, nurturing the nervous system but all systems of your being and all from within a Holistic, Therapeutic, Shamanic and Psycho-Spiritual framework providing various experiences to soothe your mind, body, emotional and spiritual self.
What you will need:
Water Bottle, Yoga Mat, Cushion, Eye Pillow/Covering - Chairs are provided but for some practices you may prefer the floor. Pen and Note pad. You may opt to bring a light lunch, as we will take a small break, but there are cafes in the area also.
