9:30 AM – Hip-Hop Dance Class with Candis Cureton

10:45 AM – Mental Health Panel Discussion facilitated by Erin Jones

12:00 PM – Transformational Yoga Session with Gelisa Longmire

Throughout the morning, Piedmont Cartersville will offer free health screenings including blood pressure and glucose checks, helping you stay on top of your health goals.

Explore the wellness vendor market from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, featuring healthy food, refreshing beverages, and local products that nourish both body and spirit.

This free community event is the perfect way to recharge and reset as we transition from summer break into the new school year. Bring your yoga mat, wear your favorite workout attire, and come ready to move, learn, and connect.

Our DJ will keep the energy flowing with a soulful mix of R&B and Hip-Hop feel-good tracks, setting the perfect soundtrack for a day of wellness and togetherness. To help with temperature control, a large tent will be placed in front of the stage to limit the impact of the sun during the dance and Yoga sessions.
