Somatic Sundays: Yin Yoga

Somatic Sundays: Yin Yoga is a gentle, grounding weekly practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore balance. This class focuses on long-held, supported postures that invite deep release in the joints, connective tissues, and nervous system.

Rather than pushing or striving, Yin Yoga encourages stillness, sensation, and awareness. Postures are held for several minutes at a time, allowing space for the body to soften and the mind to settle. Breath, patience, and curiosity are central to the practice.

This class is well-suited for anyone seeking rest, recovery, or a counterbalance to more active movement practices. No prior yoga experience is required, and all bodies are welcome.
