Somatic Release Breathwork Ceremony (Open to All )

Somatic Release Breathwork™ is a transformative embodiment practice that connects you to your body’s electrical network—the nervous system—helping release and alchemize stagnation and stuck emotions from repetitive thoughts, feelings, and old narratives. Using circular connected breathing and rhythmic music, it facilitates cathartic release - such as shaking, crying, or laughing—to clear blockages and restore balance to the nervous system. In the second half of the ceremony,
Samara and Rick will offer hands-on support and healing, ensuring that each participant leaves feeling grounded and clear. Many describe this experience as deeply transformative—akin to a plant medicine journey—for reclaiming true power and deepening into authenticity.

About Your Hosts:

Samara of Samara Healing & Awakening (@samarahealingandawakening) is a psycho-somatic & spiritual guide, healer, and ceremonialist for sincere seekers on the path of trauma healing and spiritual awakening. Since 2020, she has helped hundreds release and complete trauma, expand consciousness and cultivate spiritual and intuitive gifts. She works with the medicine of relational healing containers, expanded state private healing ceremonies, energy healing, somatic release breathwork, and other tools, offering directed guidance towards Liberation and Divine Embodiment. Rick Bruno (@rick__bruno) is a SomaIQ-certified breathwork instructor, NASM-certified personal trainer, and a devoted meditation practitioner of over a decade. He is currently completing his 200-hour yoga teacher training and 200-hour meditation teacher training, deepening his path in conscious living, wellbeing, and mind-body awareness. Rick is deeply devoted to spirituality and his Path, and is here to serve and support the ceremonial space with steadiness, presence, and care.

It involves rapid and prolonged breathing that is designed to activate intense emotional responses. Contraindications: Somatic Release Breathwork™ is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your physician(s). Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their physician(s).

Release: I have chosen to participate in SRBW™. My choice has been voluntary and I may terminate my session at any time. I understand that there is no assurance that I will feel better and that emotions may be evoked that will be upsetting in nature.
