Awakening Into Light: A Spring Renewal Workshop

As the earth begins to awaken from its winter thaw, so do we. Beneath the stillness of the colder months, deep inner work has been happening, quiet reflection, intention-setting, and rest. This workshop is an invitation to bring that inner work into motion, just as new growth emerges from the soil.

We will begin with a guided meditation in restorative yoga postures, grounding into the body and connecting with the gentle return of light. Allowing space to integrate what has been shifting within you over the winter season.

Afterward, you’ll be guided into journaling, offering time to reflect on what you experienced, what is ready to bloom, what you’re releasing, and what is asking for your attention.

As energy builds, we’ll transition into a gentle, flowing yoga practice, encouraging circulation, warmth, and movement, mirroring the lengthening days and the earth’s quiet transformation. This flow is designed to awaken the body and inspire momentum as we step toward spring.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll focus on light, growth, and possibility. This is a space to ask:

• Who do I want to be as I move forward?
• Where do I want to go?
• What is ready to emerge now?

Together, we’ll explore these questions, plant intentions, and begin creating a path forward, one that feels aligned, grounded, and alive. Join us in blooming into yourself and stepping confidently into the season of renewal.
