Somatic Regulation session is designed to gently restore balance in the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and help the body shift into a state of calm clarity and natural energy. Practicing at sunrise on the Spring Equinox is a beautiful moment to reset, welcome a new cycle, and set your beautiful intention for the season ahead.

You may leave feeling lighter, more grounded, refreshed, and deeply present.

Please bring a yoga mat or a towel and water.
