Held in the warm, art-filled space of The Walter Art Gallery, this practice is designed to regulate your nervous system, support emotional release, and bring you into a state of deep rest through intentional movement and therapeutic sound frequencies.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, holding tension, or simply craving stillness, this is a space to soften, reconnect, and restore.
