Somatic Breathwork, Sound Healing & Reiki in a Himalayan Salt Room

There are moments when the body asks for a reset.

A chance to slow down, release what’s been building, and come back into alignment.

This experience combines Somatic Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki to support you in releasing stored tension, clearing emotional and energetic buildup, and reconnecting to a more grounded, clear state within yourself.

You’ll be guided through a powerful yet supportive journey designed to help your body soften, your mind quiet, and your energy reset.

No experience is needed—just come as you are.

Somatic Breathwork
We’ll begin with guided, rhythmic breathing designed to activate the body, move energy, and support the release of stored stress and emotion. This practice helps regulate the nervous system and creates space for clarity and deeper self-connection.

Sound Healing
You’ll then be immersed in a calming soundbath, allowing vibrational frequencies to support relaxation and integration.

Reiki Energy Healing
Throughout the session, Reiki will be offered to help clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and support a sense of ease and alignment.

This experience is held in the serene yoga room beside a Himalayan salt room, enhancing the experience by supporting the breath, calming the mind, and grounding the body.

Yoga mats and props will be provided.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax in the Himalayan salt room before class begins at 5:00 PM. Doors will close promptly at start time to maintain the integrity of the experience.

Somatic Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant or who have certain medical conditions, including cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or severe psychiatric conditions.
