The Ayurvedic Supper Club x Love Notes with Nicole Myden

Join us for a cozy, nourishing evening where food, reflection, and connection come together.

The Ayurvedic Supper Club invites you to a thoughtfully curated dining experience rooted in Ayurveda—the ancient sister science of yoga—and the art of coming home to yourself.

Set in the heart of Old Town, Second Nature Clinic is a true hidden gem. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed into the courtyard for a brief cleansing ritual before being gently guided to their assigned dosha, allowing the evening to unfold in a way that is both personal and aligned.

Our multi-course dinner will feature local, seasonal ingredients, intentionally prepared to support balance with nature and within ourselves. Chef Jenn will craft three dosha-aligned courses, while Dr. Thanki shares the foundational principles of Ayurvedic medicine—where food is not just nourishment, but medicine.

As we gather around a shared community table, the evening will be infused with conversation, curiosity, and connection among like-minded souls.

Interwoven into the evening is Love Notes with Nicole: a gentle pause to step away from productivity, labels, noise, and external definitions. Before the final course, guests will be invited into a few quiet moments of reflection, guided by Nicole, to write a love note to themselves—Guests will be offered a few quiet minutes with pen and paper to write a love note to themselves:
a reminder of who you are when you’re not defined by roles, productivity, or external validation—just you, as you are.

We’ll close the evening with a guided walk through Second Nature Clinic, one of the last true relics of Old Town, followed by a visit to our Ayurvedic gift shop. Guests are invited to select complimentary, dosha-balancing treats—artisan chocolates, teas, ghee, chutneys, and other nourishing delights—to take a piece of the experience home.
