Join us at Shanti Sound for an in-person rejuvenating and relaxing sound bath experience! Let the soothing sounds dissolve your stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect. Come as you are and let the healing frequencies heal you!

What is Sound Healing

Sound Healing is an ancient and powerful form of energy work. It works through the Laws of Physics to correct and restore vibrations in the mind and body that are not at their natural states of resonance. Weakened and blocked vibrations in the body are the root cause of disorders, and this practice has restorative benefits that have been used around the world for thousands of years.

Lying comfortably on your yoga mat, guests will be guided by the vibrations of Gongs, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments into a state of meditation, relaxation, and possibly heightened sensations. The frequencies coming from the instruments are clearing, correcting, restoring and re-balancing areas where there are energetic blockages and weakened vibrations. Allow the waves of sound to wash over and into you, as you drift into a state of consciousness that allows full mind, body and spirit healing to absorb into every particle of your being.

Special Instructions

Shanti Sound has yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and some eye coverings for your convenience. Please bring a pillow or pad for under your head and an extra blanket if you want. Feel free to bring any other items you'd like for maximum comfort.

Please arrive at 2:45pm to get settled on your mat. The sound bath will promptly begin at 3pm.
