First Fridays at Namaste Yoga: Community + Movement + Fun!

Join us on the first Friday of every month for a special evening of wellness, connection, and inspiration! This is a free community event perfect for friends, family, and anyone looking to try something new.

Event Highlights:

• Free Water Flow Yoga Class with Steven: 4:30 PM – Experience a flowing, warm, vinyasa style yoga class designed to release tension and restore balance.
• Pop-Up Classes: Occasionally, enjoy additional surprise classes at 6:00 PM.
• Vendor Fair on the Patio: 5:00 – 7:00 PM – Explore local vendors, connect with the community, and find unique wellness products.

Come for the movement, stay for the community, and leave feeling energized and inspired. All levels are welcome!
