The Winter Solstice is a powerful turning point, a threshold where darkness meets the returning light. Join us for an afternoon retreat designed to help you slow down, reflect, release, and call in the energy you wish to carry into the light of the new season.
Your Solstice Retreat Journey Includes:
Women’s Wisdom Circle:
We begin in sacred circle with a smudging ceremony, an oracle card drawing, aromatherapy, and guided reflections to attune to the energy of the Solstice. Connect with your inner wisdom and set heart-centered intentions for the new cycle ahead.
Awakening Yoga Practice:
Flow through a gentle, beginner-friendly mat practice designed to help you release what you no longer need, awaken your inner glow, and anchor into your body’s quiet knowing on this potent seasonal threshold.
Candle Making Celebration of the Light:
Create your own hand-poured 8 oz beeswax intention candle with a decorated lid infused with meaning, seasonal aromatherapy, and the energy you choose to call in for the winter months. This candle will be taken home as a sacred reminder of your Solstice intentions.
Sound Healing + Candlelight Meditation:
While the candles cool and set, rest deeply as you’re guided through a Solstice-inspired sound healing session. Bathe in soothing vibrations as a candle glows beside you, illuminating your path inward and inviting clarity, calm, and renewal.
Sister Giving Circle:
Participate in a heart-centered exchange of simple, meaningful gifts: tea you love, a poem you wrote, a book you want to pass on, a small crystal, or any offering from the heart. No need to spend money; the magic is in the intention and sharing, but please wrap the item or put in an envelope.
Charcuterie Social in the Lounge:
End the afternoon in the luxurious Essencia Vitalis lounge, savoring charcuterie (with gluten-free options) and seasonal beverages, connecting with new friends, and celebrating the return of the light.
Optional Add-On: Salt Cave Session: Enhance your retreat with a relaxing halotherapy session in the Salt Cave (optional add-on for an additional fee). A beautiful way to complete your Solstice journey.
