Soft Girl Saturday: A Wellness Experience in Color & Sound

Join us for an intimate, joy-filled afternoon hosted by Christie’s Place & The HER Multimedia Lab at SDSU. This event was created especially for Black women to rest, reconnect, and be cared for in community . In honor of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, we’re holding space for wellness, creativity, and collective healing—no pressure, no lectures, just good vibes and nourishment for the soul.

This experience will include:

🎨 A Color & Chill art experience facilitated by Illustrated Melanin

🎶 A grounding sound bath by January Yoga to help you relax and reset

🧠 A special wellness talk offering practical tools you can add to your personal wellness toolbox

🍽️ Delicious catering

💜 A welcoming, affirming space for connection and care

Space is limited and all participants must be registered to attend. To keep the experience intimate, registration is limited to the first 30 participants.
