This August we’re SMOKING our whole dinner. We’re starting out with Smoked Watermelon in a fresh salad with crunch and the very creamiest Feta Cheese. Then Amelia is making Smoked Pit Beef, a true Maryland classic, and one she’s been making for over a decade. It’s legendary around our Club! Lastly we’re doing a lightly smoked Peach Cobbler cause we’re keeping the inspiration local.
