Looking for a simple way to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and sleep better?
Join us for a free 30-minute outdoor yoga session starting Saturday, July 18 at David Lam Park. Sessions will be held on the last two Saturdays of every month; (weather permitting).
Each class will explore a different theme and conclude with Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)—a deeply restorative guided relaxation practice that helps calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and improve the quality of your sleep.
Bring: Your own yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, everyone is welcome.
