About this Event
A monthly outdoor morning experience in Stanley Park blending yoga, breathwork, coffee, creativity, and community.
Join us for a slow, grounding start to your weekend designed to help you move, breathe, and connect in nature.
We begin with gentle yoga in the park, closing with a Savasana Soundscape (singing bowls) to deeply relax the nervous system. This is followed by guided breathwork to support grounding and reset.
After practice, we gather for coffee, snacks, and Open Studio time—an inviting space with watercolours, journals, and creative materials for anyone who feels inspired to create, connect, or simply unwind.
We finish the morning with a scenic walk through Stanley Park and an optional ocean dip for those who want to continue into nature.
Come solo or with friends—this is a welcoming, social, and restorative community gathering.
