This event is held in conjunction with Salted Soul Yoga. Step into the serene atmosphere of the planetarium for a unique blend of cosmic education and deep relaxation. As the stars swirl above, allow sound and story to transport you into a state of reflection, wonder, and peace. Associate Director Cara Muscio will guide you through a celestial sky talk, exploring the wonders of the night sky and the stories around the lunar eclipse. Afterwards, Mel Gustray of Salted Soul Yoga will accompany the journey with a lunar eclipse meditation and soothing sound bath—an ambient sound experience designed to calm the mind and reconnect you with the rhythms of the universe.There will be a short intermission.
No prior experience or equipment necessary. Just bring yourself and recline in the cushioned planetarium seats.
