Wouldn't it feel amazing to find connection and community with open-hearted women?! Imagine what it would feel like to be held in safe space, structured in a way which allows us to be our free and true selves, without judgement or unsolicited advice, but instead, receiving only love.
What does that feel like? Drop out of your head and into the heart and body and imagine what it really feels like. Sit with it for a moment. Imagine what your life feels like after you've discovered your sisters, and you belong, every bit of you.
Now, imagine the rest of your life without that feeling because you didn't give this one little adventure a shot. If it sounds too good to be true, well, come see for yourself. It IS true. And, it's come as you are, even in your mess. If you've had a bad day/week/month then you need circle, and if it was good then circle needs you.

ONE 15-20 min. somatic hot seat / heart seat / love seat using FFM & the FREE technique (Feminine Freedom Method & Feel, Release, Explore, Expand). Everyone is welcome to stay for and witness this. It is suggested (but not required) because it is healing for the the participant to have the empathetic witnesses, and for all. If no-one purchases this in advance then I will ask for a volunteer. We have 6 regular chairs, 4 floor chairs with backs, and pillows to sit on. Participants who cannot sit on the floor will line up first to enter the Unity Dome when it is time. If get more than 6 people who need chairs, then I will provide more. Please let us know when you arrive.
Please note that upon lining up and entering the dome, this is a moment of silence and reflection to revere the sacred (essential for life) nature of deep connection and oneness with others, self and nature, while also revering ourselves in our own individuality, intuition and personal freedom of expression.
No shoes or sugary / milky drinks in the dome. Please bring a spill-proof tumbler if you can.
Bring a journal if you like. You may also bring a memento or special item, a blanket, etc.

This monthly circle gathering is not a program. Each one is a separate event and is open to any woman who would like to attend. Participants vary. Space is limited. (I have a 12 week program in development which will be for the same 12 women every week throughout it's duration. This will be a container with in which the flow much deeper inner work happens. It will be offered on zoom and in person. Contact me if you would like more information.)

✨ What is it a Women’s Circle? Here's the actual definition.
A women’s circle is a gathering or community of women who come together in a safe, supportive, and often spiritual space to share experiences, wisdom, and encouragement. It’s sometimes called a sister circle or sistership circle.
The idea behind it is to create a sense of connection and belonging, where women can speak openly without judgment, listen deeply to one another, and celebrate each other’s growth.
Depending on the group, a circle of sistership might include things like:
Sharing stories and personal experiences
Practices of reflection or mindfulness (journaling, meditation, affirmations)
Creative or spiritual rituals (lighting candles, holding hands, symbolic gestures)
Support and healing through empathy, encouragement, and collective wisdom
These circles are often interwoven with traditions of community care, feminism, or spirituality, but they can also just be informal spaces where women gather to uplift each other.
In short: it’s about sisterhood, empowerment, and solidarity — a circle where women hold space for one another.

• NOT THERAPY OR LEGAL ADVICE: Participant understands that circles/retreats/open houses/any and all other events or gatherings by “Producer” (Circle of Sistership, Circle of Oneness, My Happy Place, Michelle Ahearn-Meiners, FS1970 LLC, any and all other subsidiaries, property, relatives or associates) are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and waives the right to make claims against producer for such matters. If Participant is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Producer recommends that Participant informs the mental health care provider. • ZERO LIABILITY: This is a free and/or contribution to cover your own costs event. Producer makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. In no event will Producer be liable to the Participant for consequential or special damages.
• PHOTO, VIDEO AND AUDIO RELEASE: I have been informed that Producer is capturing footage and that my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and/or performance is being recorded and made part of the recording in which I appear (“Product”). I grant Producer and it’s designees the right to use the Product in any format, now known or later developed. I grant, without limitation, the right to edit, mix or duplicate and use or re-use Product in whole or in parts, and alone or with other products, for any purpose Producer or it’s designees determine, including the right to use Product for promoting or publicizing. I have the right to enter into this agreement and am not restricted to third parties. Producer has no financial commitment to me as a result of this release.
• APPLICABLE LAW: This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of NJ in Ocean County and any applicable federal law. This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to subject matter, and supersedes all prior written agreements and oral representations. If a dispute arises that can not be resolved by mutual consent, the Participant and Producer agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days) after notice given. If the dispute is not resolved, and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs from the other party. In consideration of the above, I hereby acknowledge receipt of reasonable and fair consideration from Producer. I have read, understand and agree to all of the above and that the rights granted the Producer herein are perpetual and worldwide.
