Join Walter Crow for this four hour experiential workshop in shamanism. If you have ever wanted a hands-on introduction to shamanism and are curious about how to enter the spirit-world and meet your power animal, this is a workshop for you!Walter Crow will guide you on your first journeys into the spirit-world where you will meet your power animal. He will also provide a brief history of shamanism, explain how the practice works, and discuss some of the benefits of shamanism.
No prior shamanic training is needed, all are welcome. Please bring a comfortable eye-covering, such as a bandana, a journal and pen to record your experiences, warm, comfy socks, and a rattle or drum if you have one. (You do not need a rattle or drum for this training.) You are also invited to bring a sacred item to place upon the altar.
*The Shaman’s Journey—making the connection with the power animal in the spirit world—is a prerequisite for all other advanced shamanic training.

Additional Info: Shamanic journeying is traditionally done lying down, so please feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket for basic comfort. Accommodations can be made to journey while seated upright or in a chair.
Walter Crow is a shamanic practitioner and ceremonialist. He has completed a two-year teacher training in shamanism with Dana Robinson, senior faculty member of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies (FSS). Walter is, also, a Usui reiki master teacher and a 200hr certified practitioner in medical Qigong and is an ongoing participant in indigenous led ceremonies and spiritual communities.
