Join us high above the London skyline for 90 minutes of movement, music and summer energy as yoga and Pilates blend into one seamless flow, all accompanied by a LIVE DJ set and hands on assists during the practice.

Inspired by the 4BEAT method, this class fuses yoga and Pilates into one seamless practice — creative sequencing, strong core activation, smooth transitions, and that signature Pilates burn, all balanced with breath, softness, and flow. Strength meets softness. Structure meets freedom. Movement meets music.

Music isn't simply played in the background, it drives the class. Every breath, transition and movement is designed to flow with the rhythm, creating an immersive experience that leaves you completely present.

This event is held outdoors, so we'll be keeping one eye on the forecast (thank you, Great British weather!). If we need to postpone due to unsafe conditions, you'll be offered an alternative date or credit.
