Sketch & Sound Bath

We’ll gather on the grass of Tecolote Shores North with beautiful views of the bay. Drive to address and follow the road to the public parking lot that is in between the gazebo and Mission Bay Resort.

This is a donation-based offering: $0-$15. Donations are always optional via Venmo @Sophia-Morales
🌀 What to Expect:
– Introduction and grounding activity
– Free time to sketch and/or color
– A sound journey featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies.

If it rains, we will have to postpone!
🌿 We will have extra art supplies, coloring books, pencils, and markers, and some reference material for inspiration. But, please remember to bring:

• your own favorite art supplies
• a blanket
• extra layers for warmth
• a hat
• sunglasses
• sunscreen
• water
• any other supplies that would help you feel comfortable and grounded

A gentle reminder: This area is a public space, so please offer yourself a little extra time to arrive, park, and make your way towards the general area on the map. If it's a particularly crowded day, we may shift our location a tiny bit to avoid families and parties. Thank you kindly in advance for your understanding.
