Join SisterSol for a 20-minute live, phone-based Daily Meditation Class, designed to help you reset, release, and realign. This practice provides tools to assist in your practice of Being in Alignment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply seeking stillness, this sacred space invites you to return to your center, and with that return clarity and peace arise prompting your next response to life aligned with your True Self.
