Sisterhood Sound Ceremony

Let’s gather and attune ourselves to the natural rhythm of the feminine. Through deep grounding meditation, conscious breathwork, gentle body warm-up, vocal activation, drumming, soul-stirring chanting, and earth-based rituals, we will connect deeply with ourselves, each other, and the cosmic consciousness that surrounds and sustains us.
