Simply deep retreat for women. **Dear Singing Friends,**
It is with great pleasure, excitement, and a deep sigh of relief that I bring you news of our **Simply Deep Retreat for Women**.
Rachel and I have been working together for many years, creating spaces for song and connection—crafting time for moments of deep connection: to self, to others, and to the whole group. We truly cherish this work, having witnessed so many profound transformations in those who join us.
For this retreat, we’ve envisioned a beautiful residential experience, which includes overnight accommodation, all meals, and snacks. You are warmly invited to join us for this nourishing journey.
**You will be:**
- Held by group harmony singing
- Moved by gentle somatic movement practices
- Fed with delicious food
- Touched by sensory experiences
- Seen through light-touch ceremonial moments
- Heard, in your truth
- Loved through the witness of other women on this journey
The journey will be guided by the constellation of our group. We expect tears to flow, laughter to punctuate, inspiration to spark, and emotions to be fully felt.
If you have a recent history of mental health challenges, we ask that you speak with Rachel or me in confidence before deciding if this retreat is the right space for you. It may be exactly what you need—or it may not.
Singing is inherently therapeutic and spiritual—it can touch deep, stored-away emotions, sometimes without warning. Rachel and I are experienced in holding space for these big feelings. When they arise, we sing through them, allowing them to move and transform.
If you have recently experienced bereavement, this may also be the right space for you. We won’t shy away from themes of loss, but we will hold them lightly, with gentle reverence and joy as a close companion to grief. There is no grief without love. Please speak with Rachel or me directly if you have any concerns on this theme.
**Beyond the depths, there is always a place of light—of relief, release, and freedom.** Along the journey, you’ll find moments of fun and play emerging naturally.
Join Rachel and me on this lovingly held journey of song, sensory delights, and meaningful connection to life. Together, in the wonderful company of women, and supported by the wise and loving presence of Matt and Andrea at the one and only **Lower Shaw Farm**.
We have space for 16 women to gather, from lunchtime on Friday until 4 p.m. on Sunday. There are already more than 16 people on the waitlist eager to book, so we encourage you to claim your place as soon as possible. Previous retreats at this venue have been in high demand.
