Sound Journey with Ellie

Welcome to Sound Journey with Ellie! Join Ellie for an evening filled with soothing sounds and relaxation. Let Ellie guide you on a journey through sound to help you unwind and find inner peace.

Ellie will be playing her crystalline bowls, gong, chakra chimes, and other soothing sound instruments to help you relax, unwind, and reconnect within.

Date: Every other Wednesday evening, starting from Wednesday 28th August!

Time: 7.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m. (Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to settle).

Close your eyes, let go of all your worries, and allow the power of sound and vibration to guide you through a unique experience.

An evening of relaxation and rejuvenation. Bring a friend or come alone!

Please attend in comfortable clothing; bring an extra pillow or blanket for your comfort if you would like (pillows, blankets, and mats are all provided at the studio); and bring a bottle of water!

Herbal teas will be provided to help you settle in!

Parking is available opposite the studio, where parking is free after 6 p.m. at Dammas Lane Car Park or another short walk away is Co-op Car Park/Britannia Place.

To enter the studio, please press Suite 16 on the intercom, and I will buzz you in. Then, just follow the signs to Suite 16 (located on level 2, turn left at the top, and head all the way down the corridor).
