The Swindon Wellbeing festival will give you the opportunity to improve your overall wellbeing whether you are a seasoned enthusiast or wishing to start to explore this exciting world.Over two days the festival is designed to promote health, wellness and positive lifestyle changes. There will be a number of workshops including Sound Baths, Breathwork and Dance Flow Meditation. This is further supported by numerous talks throughout the day covering topics such as stress relief and discovering how your posture reflects who you are.
Additionally, there will be a food area allowing you to be able to taste the most amazing food and of course a retail area for you to shop all things wellbeing related.
