Case Study Workshop - What’s New and Working Through it – by Thrings
In this interactive workshop the will explore through case studies, the practicalities of the new duty to prevent sexual harassment and how far the widening scope of indirect discrimination under the Equality Act may apply across your workforce and impact your existing policies and working practices.
There will also be a roundup of news and views on the recently published Employment Rights Bill and what you can do to get ahead of the changes.
Parking at the DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon is free of charge. Please do however register your car with reception / parking eye monitor on arrival. Light refreshments will be served.

Kerrie is Head of the Employment & Immigration Team with extensive experience in advising on all aspects of her clients’ HR and People strategies.
