The one who’s been holding it all together and needs a weekend to exhale.
We’re spending 3 days together in a private log home — tucked in the trees — where you can just be no pressure. No pretending. Just space to breathe, move, rest, release, and reconnect with parts of yourself that have been pushed aside.
This weekend will include:
• Inner child healing + activities that bring the joy back
• Restorative yoga, breathwork, and grounding movement
• Sacred cacao cereomy
• Oracle + tarot card readings
• Sound healing + guided meditation
• A full fire release ritual under the stars (yes, with s’mores)
• Plate-breaking ceremony
