She Rise's Women Circle

She Rises Women's Circle is an intimate evening gathering from 6:30-9:30pm (arrival & check-in @ 6:15pm)where women come together in sacred space to slow down, reconnect and rise.

Each circle carries its own unique theme and experince - woven together with intention to guide you home to your body, your spirit and yourself. You may find yourself moving, breathing, reflecting or simply being held by the warmth of sisterhood.

Expect nourishing food and drinks, and an evening thay could include elements like yoga, meditation, journaling, sound bowls, sharing circles, hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, fire and more.

No two circles are the same. Every gathering is an invitation to receive exactly what you need.
