She Rises Women's Circle - A night of embodiment, release, and becoming the woman who softens, receives, and trusts herself.

In the busyness of life, many women are craving something simple yet powerful…
real connection.

She Rises Circles are intentionally designed evenings where women gather in a warm, welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and share meaningful moments with other women.

This is not a workshop.
It’s not networking.
And there is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.

Instead, it’s a space to pause, breathe, reflect, and simply be.

Throughout this 3-hour experience, you’ll be gently guided through a thoughtfully curated evening that includes:

• Connection with like-hearted women
• Guided reflection and meaningful conversation
• Time to slow down and turn inward
• A deeply embodied yoga flow with Kalee (all levels welcomed)

Our circles are intentionally kept small and intimate so every woman feels comfortable, supported, and seen.
