Coming Alive

Join @siobhantookey and I at our upcoming workshop, COMING ALIVE, for a guided experience of cacao, sound, movement, and somatic connection.
Together we will explore self-abandonment, reclaiming personal power, and creating safety within the body so emotion, truth, and expression can move freely. Through grounding practices, heart-opening cacao, guided journeying, movement, and integration, this space invites you to reconnect with the parts of yourself that long to be seen, held, and integrated with compassion.
This experience honours both the masculine and feminine within - learning to become the safe inner presence many of us never had.
