Jenn Perell is a facilitator, breathwork guide, and transformational coach specializing in embodied leadership and nervous system education. A yoga teacher trainer with 20+ years of experience in human potential work, she combines scientific grounding with heart-centered wisdom to help people navigate change with clarity and grace.
