Join us for this fun and invigorating experience of the rejuvenating power of nature and the finesse of the carefully crafted sequenced outdoor Fine Body Yoga® practice at San Francisco's delightful Ocean Beach.

Instruction with Pa'mela Carrara, Yoga, Movement, Integral & Healing Arts Professional & Personal Practictioner since 1976.

LOCATION: San Francisco, California's North End of the Ocean Beach, Below the Cliff House - Look for the SFYS yellow flag!

Held on San Francisco's coast line, this is an outdoor (weather permitting) mixed level Fine Body Yoga® class, suitable for those new to yoga to advanced practitioners. Individual attention assured.

Dress warmly and in layers. Bring one, or preferably two yoga mats.

Have practical shoes for walking on sand and consider a warm hat or visor hat depending on weather.

The Yoga On the Beach© classes offer the dual benefit of praciticing yoga on the spectacular Ocean Beach, as well as deepening your connection with nature, both invigorating and inspirational.
