A Clinically Supported Integrative Experience
About this Event

IM ketamine is administered and supervised by licensed medical professionals through Quantum Integral Healing Arts
Sound meditation guided by Yoga Flow SF Co-Founder Steven Holm
Join us for a medically supervised ketamine-assisted therapy session supported by a refined form of sound meditation using pure overtone instruments. This experience is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet cognitive activity, and support emotional processing, insight, and integration. This experience follows established medical safety protocols and is fully supervised by qualified healthcare professionals.
This offering is not recreational.
It is a carefully structured, therapeutic container that integrates modern medical care with evidence-aligned contemplative practices.
The Role of Sound

Sound meditation in this experience is a primary therapeutic element, not a background enhancement.

Pure overtone-based instruments are used to naturally quiet the analytical mind, entrain the nervous system, and guide awareness into a state of deep presence and internal coherence. This style of sound meditation is widely experienced as profoundly calming and internally organizing on its own.

When combined with medically supervised ketamine therapy, sound can help soften psychological and physiological defenses, allowing for deeper emotional release, insight, and a more cathartic and meaningful healing process while maintaining a strong sense of safety, support, and containment.

Clinical Support

Licensed physician, nurses, and therapists are present throughout the entire experience, ensuring medical oversight, psychological safety, and professional care at all times.

Intended Therapeutic Outcomes May Include

• Reduction in anxiety and depression
• Relief from chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
• Increased emotional clarity and cognitive flexibility
• Support for trauma processing and post-session integration
• Enhanced capacity for presence, regulation, and resilience

About the Approach

Ketamine-assisted therapy is increasingly used in medical and psychiatric settings for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. When administered in a medically supervised environment, ketamine can temporarily reduce rigid thought patterns and habitual psychological defenses, creating space for new perspectives and healing.

In this experience, sound meditation is used not as entertainment or ceremony, but as a clinically supportive contemplative practice. Sound helps stabilize attention, regulate the nervous system, and support integration during and after the therapeutic process.

This offering bridges modern medicine and yogic contemplative practice, honoring both clinical responsibility and the body’s innate intelligence for healing.

The Journey (3 Hours Total)
Opening & Grounding (45 minutes)

We begin with a short talk to ground the group in safety, meaning, and intention:

  • Explain how and when medicine is administered
  • Introduce all medical and support staff
  • Answer questions and establish a shared field of trust
  • Dharma-style talk, guiding participants in how to listen to sound as a contemplative practice while bridging modern neuroscience and timeless spiritual wisdom.
  • Connection to our heart space and our intentions

Sound Meditation + Ketamine Experience (90 minutes)

  • As the sound meditation begins, ketamine is administered intramuscularly by the medical team at individualized doses.

Participants are supported continuously by clinicians while immersed in pure-tone sound frequencies designed to guide, steady, and deepen the experience.

Landing & Integration ( 45 minutes)

  • After the sound journey concludes, ample time is given to rest, reorient, and gently return.

Some participants take longer to fully land, and we honor this without rushing.
Quiet presence and compassionate clinical oversight remain throughout.

This is a devotional offering to stillness.
A meeting place between science and spirit.
A reminder that healing does not always come from effort, but from surrender, resonance, and being held well.

We look forward to welcoming those who feel called into this field of sound, medicine, and mindful care.

Important notes:
• Participants may not drive themselves home. A ride must be arranged in advance.
• A one-time medical intake meeting: $250. If you’ve worked with Quantum in the past, you do not need to pay this again.
• Optional preparation and integration group Zoom call w/ the Quantum team to explore intentions, preparation, and integration afterwards: $125. Private integration can happen at an additional cost.
