SHIFT: A Community Movement Experience | Boxing, Tai Chi & Connection
About this Event
SHIFT is a collective movement experience designed to move people through progressive state shifts, from activation and intensity to regulation, release, and human connection.
Led by Tatts, Fiona, and Kendra, three people brought together through a shared experience and a mutual belief in the importance of connection and community, SHIFT was created as a space where people can move, feel, have fun, and connect freely. Kendra will lead the session; she is a global movement coach and instructor with roots in the boutique fitness space.
The session blends rhythm-driven kickboxing and martial arts-inspired movement, breath-led tai chi, and a closing surprise designed to bring people together. SHIFT begins as a high-energy physical experience and evolves into something deeper: a shared emotional and communal reset.
Created in response to growing isolation and disconnection in modern life, SHIFT is about more than fitness. It’s about feeling something together.
No martial arts experience needed. Open to all genders and levels.
