Womens Boxing and Mindfulness class

Get ready to punch stress away and find your calm with these weekly fun boxing and mindfulness classes for women only.

Get ready for a fun and empowering in-person session designed just for women! Combine the power of boxing to boost your strength and confidence with calming mindfulness techniques to find your inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this session is all about balance, focus, and feeling great. Come join us and punch out stress while tuning into yourself! Sessions are funded through The National Lottery Community Fund - so pay what you can afford. Classes are aimed to help women develop confidence and mange stress and coach Kat creates a very warm and suportive environement.

Classes are held in a locked women only gym space so suitable for women of all cultures and fatiths.

If it's your first session, please ensure you arrive at 10.45am punctural to wrap your hands and run through basic boxing technique.

NO ADMTTANCE AFTER 11AM WHEN DOORS ARE LOCKED TO ENSURE WOMAN ONLY SPACE.
