Shared Ground: Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath
An evening to slow down and find your way back to yourself.
There's a kind of tired that isn't just physical. It’s the feeling of moving through life a little faster than you can fully settle into.
This is a space to slow that pace and soften into rest.
We'll begin with gentle yoga to help you unwind from your day. No experience is needed, just simple, supportive movement to help you release tension and feel more settled in your body.
From there, you’ll ease into a restorative sound bath, getting cozy on your mat with plenty of props provided in the space to support you. Nothing to figure out, nothing to hold, just space to rest and receive.
You don’t need to know anything beforehand. You don’t need to do it perfectly. You can simply come as you are.
This is free to reserve. No contribution is required to attend. If you feel called to support the offering, you may do so via Venmo @shared_ground.
