In a world that taught us to disconnect from our bodies and carry invisible shame, somatic breathwork offers a powerful path back home to ourselves.
This is a safe, inclusive space for queer men to reconnect with the body, regulate the nervous system, and heal through breathwork and movement.

My Story

Four years ago, living with chronic anxiety and C-PTSD, somatic breathwork gave me the deep healing and embodiment that traditional therapy never could. It took me from disconnection to reclaimed power.

What to Expect

Join us for an evening of yoga and somatic breathwork in a judgment-free space for men in the GBTQ+ community. No experience needed... just show up as you are.
