Shamanic Sound Healing Journey

We will begin by acknowledging the Indigenous and Himalayan traditions that have preserved these sacred practices through generations. Through breath, sound, silence, and shared intention, we create space to listen with an open heart, reconnect with our truth, our body, and remember that healing begins when we allow ourselves to be fully present.
Guided the teachings of my own lineage and different Indigenous traditions, this experience is woven with the Himalayan sound & vibrational modalities using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments. Together, these practices invite you to calm our mind, reconnect with the rhythms of nature, and remember the innate wisdom of you body and your emotions.
The evening concludes with a warm cup of herbal tea and a community integration circle, offering time to reflect, connect, and gently return with intention.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, bring your favorite yoga mat, blanket/pillow or anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down, and allow yourself to receive. A pen and journal are encouraged for your integration.
