We'll start with some movement to relax, followed by a guided meditation leading into a deep, personal journey within a sacred garden. You'll have the chance to explore this inner landscape and connect with your spirit guides. We’ll conclude with a gentle return to the present and time for sharing and reflection.

Danny is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with a diverse background in Vipassana meditation, Tai Chi, and Cranial Sacral therapy. Having lived in ashrams and spiritual communities, he brings extensive experience in shamanism, non-duality, and practical philosophy. Danny loves guiding people in a safe, healing space, creating meaningful experiences that empower them to explore and unfold along their unique paths.
