2026 is a year for new beginnings.
And not the rushed, January-1st, “new-me-new-me” kind. The quieter kind that unfolds when we slow down enough to listen.
Many of us feel that early January asks too much, too soon. Winter hasn’t finished speaking yet. In older seasonal rhythms, new beginnings arrived closer to early February, when life stirred beneath the surface and until then, the work was simply to tend the flame, patiently, attentively, honestly.
This retreat is for that in-between space.
When one identity is loosening and the next hasn’t fully formed.
When clarity doesn’t come from pushing forward, but from turning inward.
Shadow Work is about inner sovereignty.
Learning to listen beneath the noise of expectation and ego.
Seeing what has shaped us, what has dimmed our light, and what is ready to be reclaimed.
So that by the end of 2026, you can look back and feel that something essential has strengthened- steadiness, truth, self-trust.
