Mind Body Soul - Lincoln

Welcome to Mind Body Soul, a place to embark on a spiritual quest with like minded souls.

The evening will start with a Vegetarian Dinner, first offered to Krishna. We will then join together in Kirtan; Mantra Meditation, sung together.

A wisdom talk from Vedic scriptures will break up the Kirtan, before ending with a prayer of protection.
