Hatha Yoga - Lunch Time Class
A beginner/intermediate Hatha class, each week will have a different focus, driving this slower, (and less dynamic flow than Vinyasa), making this a perfect class for those new to yoga, or those that enjoy a low-impact class. While these classes are beginner/intermediate level and include the foundations of yoga, in-session adaptations to the flow also make it great for those who wish to challenge themselves further.
This inclusive and nurturing class will cover both strength building and flexibility for a full range of body types and abilities, moving at a slow place to allow time to focus on technique and transfer between poses with ease. Common misconceptions of yoga are touched on throughout the class, covering the true philosophy behind yoga practice.
