You don't need a whole day — just three hours to calm your mind and lighten the load.
Permission to Pause is a calm, beginner-friendly afternoon for anyone who feels stretched thin, exhausted, or quietly heading towards burnout — the people who look after everyone else and rarely feel they deserve time for themselves.
For three hours, we give you permission to simply stop. Together we'll gently settle your nervous system, quiet a busy mind, and create a little more space and capacity in your life. No pressure, no noise, and nothing you have to share unless you want to.
The afternoon blends Jo's Silent Coaching with grounding breathwork and a full hour of restorative yoga led by Jade — a gentle meeting of mind and body that lets you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely rested.

Feel stretched thin — always caring for others, rarely for yourself
Are tired, foggy, or running on empty
Struggle to switch off and quiet an overthinking mind
Feel you "don't deserve" or can't justify time for yourself
Are burnt out or overwhelmed
Are new to yoga or wellbeing events and want a warm, no-judgement space to start - beginner friendly, all welcome.
What to expect (3:00–6:00pm)
Arrival & welcome — a warm drink included, settle in and find your space
Opening circle & grounding breathwork — time to truly arrive and feel safe
Silent Coaching with Jo (The Wellness Network) — a guided silent experience to move from overwhelm to clarity, with no pressure to share
Breathwork — back into the body — a gentle return before we rest
A proper break — drink, stretch, breathe
Restorative Yoga Lincoln (a full hour) — fully supported with props and blankets; the deepest rest of the day, letting your nervous system truly switch off
Grounding breathwork - to gently energise + bring you back into the room
Closing circle — space to reflect and carry the calm forward
What's included Welcome drinks and refreshments, a take-home workbook, and all yoga props and blankets — just bring yourself.
