Serenity in Nature: Morning Yin & Sound Healing at Soma Cider!

We’re beyond excited to invite you to another magical experience at Soma Cider, but this time, we’re taking it outdoors to embrace the beauty of nature! Join us for a morning of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing, set against the stunning natural landscape of the orchard at Soma Cider. Whether you're a regular guest or this is your second (or third!) time joining us, we promise this outdoor session will leave you feeling balanced, relaxed, and deeply connected to the earth.
We’ll begin the morning with a gentle Yin Yoga practice, focusing on slow, restorative poses that help release deep tension and allow you to reconnect with your body. As you settle into each pose, you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a live sound bath, enhancing your relaxation and promoting deeper healing.
Sound bath sessions have been reported to ease chronic pain, reduce stress, and foster a profound sense of calm and balance. Whether you feel energized and grounded or blissfully peaceful, this experience will leave you feeling lighter and more centered.
Yin Yoga and sound healing go hand-in-hand—both focus on the internal experience and invite deep relaxation. While the Yin practice encourages mindful stretching and holding of poses, the sound bath complements it by helping you deepen your presence and connection to your body. Different instruments, including quartz crystal bowls and chimes, will be played during specific poses, aligning your energy with both the sound and your body.
The sound healing portion of the event will be led by Michael, a conscious sound healer with years of experience. He will guide you through this transformative experience using 9 crystal singing bowls and harmonic toning with his voice. Michael’s intuitive approach to sound healing, combined with his classical piano background, creates a truly integrative and healing experience.
Afterward, take some time to unwind and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings. Soma Cider will have a selection of their local, delicious ciders available for you to sample in the tasting area. You can also enjoy the friendly alpacas roaming the farm, always ready to bring a smile!
