Join The Little Birds in this by donation group singing and meditation event at The Kelowna Yoga House on Saturday August 23. The repetition of carefully chosen mantras will help you find that timeless space within, while at the same time outwardly exploring your voice in a shared community experience. The intention of the event is to use music as a tool to move emotions and open doors of perception. Not a singer? Not a worry! The vibration of humming or sharing your voice quietly is enough!
