Step out of the ordinary and into something truly special — a morning of mindful movement, breathtaking views, and meaningful connection in one of the Okanagan Valley’s most magical settings.
We’ll begin with a gentle 10–15 minute guided hike through lush vineyard rows, the golden morning light spilling across the landscape as we make our way to a hilltop lookout. At the summit, you'll be greeted by sweeping panoramic views of the valley below — the perfect place to pause, breathe, and drop into the present.
Together, we’ll flow through an energizing, all-levels Vinyasa yoga class designed to awaken the body, open the heart, and connect you with the land beneath your feet. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature, this is yoga in its purest, most grounding form.
After a restful savasana under open skies, we’ll slowly make our way back down to the orchard, where a beautiful private wine and cider tasting awaits. Set among the gnarled branches of a century-old apple orchard, you’ll sample a curated selection of handcrafted wines and ciders made on-site — each sip a reflection of the land’s rich history and vibrant energy.
