With your baby securely wrapped in a carrier, you'll sway, stretch, and groove to music in a way that feels natural and soothing for both of you.
This class is the perfect way to connect with your baby while enjoying the benefits of movement in a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space. Whether you're a mover and a shaker or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this class is for all caregivers—no experience needed!
